The user forum is to be used for ShipRite Software user to user support discussion only. Improper use will result in user’s removal from forum participation.

Note: This Forum is new and changes may be made in the beginning of its use. All users will be verified after they register and will not be able to use the Forum until verification is complete (allow 2-4 days). Initially, all posts are being reviewed and approved before they become live on the Forum (allow 1-2 days).
You can subscribe to a forum if you want to be notified of new topics in that forum. To subscribe, either click the “Subscribe for new replies” link at the top of the topic thread or check the check box at the bottom of the “Leave a reply” area.
How do I subscribe to a Topic?
When you subscribe to a topic, you will receive an email when another user replies to the topic. To subscribe, either click the “Subscribe for new replies” link at the top of the topic thread or check the check box at the bottom of the “Leave a reply” area.
What is the difference between the Forum, a forum, a Topic, and a Post?
Forum: The entire group of ShipRite forums. A Forum or forum: It is a group of topics about a pre assigned subject, such as “Shipping”. Forums are created by ShipRite. Forum refers to to the group of forums (see above). A Topic: These are the questions inside the forums. For example, the “Shipping” forum may contain several topics such as “How do I ship UPS to Iceland”. To start a new topic, go to a forum and click the “Add Topic” button toward the top. Then, enter a “Topic Title” and your post. A Post: This is the area for an original topic post or a reply. There are several text formatting tools here.
How do I add an attachment?
The best way to add an attachment containing a document, screen capture, etc. is to include a link in your message to the attachment. Here are the basic instructions: 1. Upload or save the file to an online location such as Google Drive or OneDrive. You may need to locate the help instructions for the respective online storage to accomplish this. 2. Copy the link. You can also attach a small file (currently less than 1 MB) using the Choose File button. Note the information with the maximum file size as this may be reduced. (See image below)
